Terms and Conditions of Delivery:
Article 1 – Prices, Payment Terms and Shipping Costs
All product prices stated in the catalogue and/or on the website are inclusive of VAT and packaging costs.
For shipments within the Netherlands, a shipping fee of €9.95 will be charged (UPS – www.ups.nl).
For international shipments to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic, shipping costs range from €9.95 to €14.95.
For all other European countries, shipping costs range from €14.95 to €25.00.
Article 2 – Delivery Conditions
Orsha.nl aims to deliver all in-stock orders within 3–8 business days within Europe. This delivery timeframe is indicative and shall not be considered binding.
Should delivery of an ordered product not be possible, Orsha.nl reserves the right to supply an equivalent product of comparable quality and price. If the customer does not accept this alternative, any payments already made will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days.
All personal data, including address and contact details, are treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Article 3 – Shipping + Delivery + Express:
Standard shipping: Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days. Orders shipped per carton are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: Delivery times vary by country, but in most cases shipments are delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping: Shipments are dispatched within 2–5 hours (same-day shipping).
Article 4 – Right of Return and Return Costs
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt.
The costs of returning products are borne by the customer.
Exclusions – For hygienic and safety reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable:
Cups and pumps (all sizes, including glass and silicone)
Lancing devices
Silicone cups
Massage items
Derma rollers
Alcohol 70% + 96%
